my personal faveorate for both p2p and f2p is pure range till 90ish range than tank range with 52 prayer 99 def 99 range

 

hmm it really depends what you into for soem reason i really like range but i never use it in wildy im always melee and mage hybrid or just melee as to profitable well that really comes down to wether you die more often then you win lol

 

Well, i was thinking in f2p, is it a good idea to raise defense and range at same time if i was to be a ranger?

dude pure mage owns in low lvls, and pure str owns in high lvls, but if you want my advice go for the range/2h..99 range,40-60 attack, 99 str, 99 hp

 

honestly it depends on what lvl combat you are....but i would have to say pure ranger at low lvls than once you get a bit higher (around lvl 50-60) pure melles deff

For selling it, Hybrid.

For staking, Melee

For PK'ing, Hybrid/Melee

rangers gears only costs like 20k for a pureand if they kill a meleer they get like 75k (skim n 2h)

 

yer, but i reckon combo for p2p...like melee + barage owns...everyone has to admit that...melee is only the best because of its specs...they are deadly

start pking at any time u want and range 2hers are the most profit
