Question about selling on Ebay

Ok, so I wrote a guide, and I don't want to sell it here because everybody here already knows all the information on this guide. But, I want to sell it on ebay. Here are my questions.

1.) I have my Unverified Canadian PayPal upgraded to Premier, I thought that might help in selling stuff. My PayPal says I'm from my suburb around Chicago and I've been buying stuff just fine, but if I ship from here and take money through Canada, will I get banned?

2.) Is it ok to electronically send things? Like let's say they buy the guide, I just ask for their email and then I just send the guide as an attachment or something? Or would it just be easier to go the library and just print out the amount of copies ordered?

Thanks for the help...number 2 isn't really multiple questions, it's more like 1 question put into 2 parts I guess.

 

1. No you wont get banned, however some ebayers will have an issue with the fact that the address you use doesnt match your paypal.

2. Sending electronically is difficult, because it is hard to prove you actually sent the item to them, and without that proof they may try and charge back.

 

I have actually called paypal and talked to them about something similar to this, they suggested you mail them the information/download link so you can have a shipping label to prove you gave them it.

 

If you email it to them you somewhat have proof that of sending. yet its not really reliable and the person might still win the charge back dispute

I actually may do this, so I don't have to end up printing 20 pages from home or just going to the library and doing that.

Or i may just end up emailing it to them. That would probably be my best bet.
