You can do it with just 55 but for best exp you need 80

 

You can find this on youtube for free. Theres also a 900k/h method but you need 96 mage. Costs a lot tho.

Your title is misleading as technically, with the right circumstances, one could get a lot more using ice barrage on multiple targets. Good luck selling your guide though
