My stats changed? confused as ****

Well I quit runescape around 3 years ago for WoW but before quitting I played OSRS and I got my stats to 60 attack 72 strength and 10 defence (black pure) 50 crafting, 55 mining and 60 woodcutting, well I just logged in today and have: 30 attack 30 strength 10 defence 77 smithing (where the fuck this come from) 70 woodcutting 66 fletching and 44 crafting... this makes no sense whatsoever how some stats have gone down and some gone up :S. Anybody know why my stat would be reversed?

 

You probably thought you had those stats but didn't? Maybe those stats were on a different account and you had them mixed up? Stats cant be changed like that

 

Yeah, i dont think Jagex does rollbacks anymore, and even if they did then some of your stats wouldnt have gone up either

 

Nah I deffo had 72 strength on this account as it was the only one I had in OSRS and I used to farm loads of herbs down in that dungeon in edgeville? I think it's called iunno is strange tbf.

 

That is definitely wierd, never heard of that happening before. maybe you're just confusing it with another account.

 

Probably misremembering, I also have never heard of jagex changing stats like that besides rollbacks which I haven't seen in a long time. They will just give you a temp or perm ban instead.

If you are remembering correctly about your stats maybe your account got compromised but they never changed the pass and Jagex did a rollback on some of the stats. Although I find this unlikely check your offense history and see if there is anything unfamiliar.

 

I forget where i put the keys to my Bugatti sometimes, wouldn't be surprised if you forgot your stats to a 3 year old account.

 

Someone probably hacked your account

 

Dude I'm still confused about what they did when they reintroduced OSRS. I thought they kept all accounts created during or before 2007, and then I have people telling me that they created an entirely new platform and just dubbed it runescape 07/OSRS and there were no pre-existing accounts.
