Holy shit I haven't heard of that place in forever. For some reason I thought the acronym FJ was related to fagex but fagex was way before then and a lil less blackhat

FJ were the people who stole fagex.net away from my security officer, I was fagex' last owner before he left all our password information in his fucking account PM box. His account was brute force hacked, and our domain was given to jagex LOL.
