After searching old threads and Discord conversations, I could not find any agreement related to the topic of this report.
I have contacted Sythe and there is no ongoing agreement, which means that this platform must fully comply with our rules.

Sythe.org will make a distinction when the primary function of an advertisement, such as but not limited to a thread post, a link in a signature space, or a user's title, is to promote a competing platform, or when a regular vendor links to his off-site feedback or listings on a competing platform for reasons that we consider legitimate and will decide on a case by case basis.

In the case of @PlayerAuctions and @EldoradoGG, I believe the primary function of the reported ads is to promote their competing platforms.
While they have not historically (for years) posted outside of their designated dispute resolution threads, we are not going to monitor their activity in this regard, and it is not impartial to link to their platforms in order to provide support to sythe.org users on our forums.
Therefore, I will have to ask the representatives of the reported competing platforms to stop adding links to their platforms.

Please note that if a regular user links to off-site feedback, this is usually tolerated, and if he has links in his signature space or similar to his same offsite store for reasons we consider legitimate, this is also likely to be tolerated. This may even be tolerated in a forum post, as long as the main purpose of the post is not to promote that other site and/or the user's store on that other site.

I will also link the sythe.org staff to Sythe's response to this matter in a hidden post, so they can consider whether my interpretation is correct.
