Error connecting?

So just today I was trying to get on RS3 on chrome, it wouldnt let me on any rs website and gave me an error message. Chrome said something like this page couldnt be found. I messed w the privacy settings and it finally let me onto the rs3 gamescreen. However, whenever I try to log in it says error connecting server. Any1 know whats going on?
