More runescape general discussion mods

(If this suggestion is against the rules sorry I can't view stickies on my phone)

I constantly see, almost on a daily basis, threads that are against the rules in the runescape 2 general discussion section. I suggest that the mods of the section become more active in it or more mods are assigned to the section to get rid of and punish the posters of all these threads.

I'm not requesting ranks for anybody I'm suggesting that the section actually gets moderated. Like you get a question thread and 5000 people respond with the same answer, or like the "free account" thread that mods didn't delete that's still up as of a few minutes ago.
