How much is a $15 iTunes?

I'm not sure if this is the right section, because I am a noob to sythe and I have only bought a firecape service on here once. But if it is wrong please correct me But I was wondering how much RSGP a $15 iTunes card would go for and what section I could sell it in. Of course I would go first but only to a trusted member. A 15$ iTunes card is worth between 7.5M and 15M, depending on the market, but pretty sure 10M is the max you would get at the moment.
