More paypal problems..

So.. to keep this short & simple.

1. My account(s) got limitations.
2. I provided with all the information needed.
3. Mailed them and got mails from them, back and forth for ~3 weeks.
4. They removed limitations on both accounts.
5. I started selling stuff on sythe again, Sold 2 crowns for $10.
6. I send the remaining fund to my bank account.
7. The buyers account gets a limitation, making the payment he sent me become a "unauthorized payment" - making my balance go to -10 USD.
8. They cancel the transfer of the money sent to my bankaccount.

And now Im stuck here:
My total balance on the account is ~615 SEK which is ~78 USD.
I got a negative balance of 10 USD which is ~80 SEK.
Making my total available balance totalling: ~535 SEK.

I try to withdraw this money to my bankaccount, but the transfer keeps getting cancelled.
The open dispute has been "reviewed" since 21st of june, with the message "Awaiting other party's response".

The buyer was kind enough to give back the crowns due the payment getting cancelled, but now Im stuck with the negative balance, even tho I have ~80 USD in another currency.
I'm now trying to find a way to refund the buyer, or simply close down this shity dispute.. But cant seem to find any ways.

Suggestions? Advices?

Call them(paypal), or ask the buyer about the dispute..

Or you can wait until it's closed, but it will take some time.

 

I guess the only real effective way of fixing your paypal quickly is to ring them up. They do have a excellent support system.

 

The support is up from monday to friday, correct?
In that case, I'll have to wait for two more days to call them up and make this shit go away >_<

There is obviously something going on with the buyer, if you had not done anything incorrectly. What it seems to me, is that they are holding the payment, so they can investigate the transaction further. This is why you are not able to withdraw.

The main priority to do right now is call them. They do have a very good support system, and I'm sure if you explain your predicament physically it will be much easier on yourself as well.

 

You just have to wait for the dispute to be finished. PayPal's theory is you can't withdraw any money until the dispute is handled. They don't want to be stuck with a $-XX.XX balance and you withdrawing money that shouldn't be yours (chargebacks and what not).

Hopefully you're old enough to own a PayPal and haven't had any limited PayPal accounts. They're good about finding them.

 

They won't let you withdraw all the money because if the buyer wins the dispute, they don't want you to have a negative balance..

 

Well, I am old enough to have a Paypal-account.. and I have had limited accounts, but I called them up - and provided them with the information needed, so I think Im off the hook on that part

Yea I guess thats it.. I got a $10 payment, and that made my balance go back to 0 USD - which was the only thing missing, cause I was able to withdraw the rest of the money (except the $10 thats on hold)
