Feedback Needed

I just completed this. Been around playing around with photoshop for about 2 months now and would really appreciate if you could throw out the flaws or even practice areas that I could improve in. All and any feedback welcome no matter negative or positive .

I do not use photoshop or am I even gfx skilled at all, but I think this is just a bit to dark to the point were it’s not really legible. I think the missing part of the second P is also kinda odd. I do however think this is unique tho & that’s pretty cool.

Couldn't agree more, maybe went to gung ho with darkness. My somewhat of a fail attempt of grunge but I do appreciate the honesty, thank you and noted.

 

Too blend in --> text needs to stand out more.
Currently looks as if u overlayed an image to a text. Try and make it more interesting.
Font & rectangle cuts offset from the text are nice.

 

Personally, I think if you're going to use such a busy background, you have to decide if you want it to be used in the text or in the background itself. Doing it in both makes it look like one solid blob and doesn't make it stand out as much.

Although it can be read, it's not eye catching because it's very monotone.

I think the overall text design is really neat. Although for me it reminds me of jell-o with bites taken out of it (mostly because of the color).
I'm not sure if you are going for a gunshot effect though, as those areas seem to get a bit lost.

 

I can barely ready the text to be honest and trying to read it just makes the eyes hurt. I'd definitely try to brighten the text.
