Roubin scammed me

At first he offered to do all skills, req for dt, rfd, mm for $80 so i payed him in $10 increases. It got up to $20 and he had only done 3 skills.. 53 thieving, 48 agil, 50 fm. It has been 2 weeks now and i keep nagging him onto my account to do stuff and he says yes but dosnt go on. Here are pics of my payments and what he says he will do but dosnt.

Last night i nagged him to do HFTD and the ddeal would be over. But instead he changes the password and now i can't get it back.

I would show you what he has done on the account..which is just 3 stats but i can't log on now due to the password being changed...I have also checked his forum and it says his msn has been hacked.. But i gave him my password 2 weeks ago on msn so theres no way if there was really a hacker that the hacker could of changed the password if you know what i mean.
