Montoya sold and recovered a runescape account from me

We made a jagex ticket to the original email that he always had
He didn't even send a response after 4 days

 

It is more than evident that I never had access to the original email and we made the request for him for recovery and I assume he got a response

 

This is so unfair man

 

@Techie can you read the report very well please, I sold him the JAGEX Launcher account, with his account creation email and jagex Launcher access, he transferred the character to another jagex Launcher access that I don't know about, after that weeks later he was banned from the jagex Launcher access
So within the terms applies that I am not responsible after a Banned and less if the character is not in his or her original email.

A week or so later he shows us that the jagex launcher that had changed was banned

Montoya, the only reason the jagex account was disabled is because a recovery was sent in from the original owner regarding the runescape account linked to it. which was "created by your camp" also promised to be 100% safe and would never be recovered, yet it was. You are liable for getting access to the account and returning it to my ownership. period, you have email access and still do. jagex NEVER responded to your so called "recovery attempts" which tells me that you either fabricated them or never sent to begin with. Why you are attempting to still have nothing to do with the account being stolen when you and your "company" were the owners of the account and it was removed from my ownership and placed back in your possession based off a recovery.

 

If I sold you an account without the "original email" why didn't you mention it from the beginning? Why wait until now to mention it? You know perfectly well that I gave you the original details (osrs login and email jagex) completely original ) You can't even prove it wasn't original, don't be cynical man

A jagex launcher email cannot be banned by a recovery
You changed the character of the account to another jagex launcher email and therefore it was banned, it is so obvious

There everyone can see the message log that he obtained from jagex, after having changed the osrs login password he made a change of jagex email address

Every bit of information provided by me has BEEN consistent and true, I have nothing to hide. as stated before i have nothing to gain from getting you banned except for justice for recovering the account as soon as you seen it was progressed and obtained items making the value of the account skyrocket

 

You never helped regain access to the account after it was hacked "by you" I have not been able to log into any account since you recovered it. this all stems from that. you promised something you cannot provide which breaks terms of service and the agreement, by the way you claimed the person is your brother and now that I am seeing these messages again you said now he is just a friend? be consistent in your lies. this is ridiculous that this is still being reviewed.

That email was a completely original email, the owner used it for his Facebook/websites and apps etc, and therefore deleted any information outside the email, that's all

You didn't need to know about the complete email record, since I come back and repeat, it was an email that the owner used for multiple pages/websites, apps, etc, so he must have deleted/unlinked the email to these and leave it completely clean for you

4 days later you come and say (so i see you have access to the account again)
Then I replied that I didn't know since you are the one who should know since you have access to the original email

there was no ban lol. the account was recovered causing the jagex account that the account was on to be locked due to "suspicious of being stollen" after that, i reached out for a recovery. in which the recovery happened and they clearly said the account "was not yours and was returned to the owner." so figure it out, either you are the original owner and you recovered the account, or you were never the original owner and you sold it for someone else and they recovered it, screwing you in the long run. I have not lied about anything I have provided, proof has been there with EVERYTHING i have said and or claimed.
