Montoya sold and recovered a runescape account from me

I have evidence of Montoya scamming me for a 2277 total RuneScape account that i paid $1300 for. he stated he is family with the owner that he would get the account back that he did not recover the account, then stated he could not get it back. however upon further review he has recovered the account from me and changed the name. as posted in our messages he stated he could not get the account back.
anything else needed i will get it.

Hello everyone.

First of all we had a TOS that said it was not responsible for any account ban and would help with recovery if any recovery were to happen

He requested that I help him recover the account with a jagex launcher email that I never gave him
He transferred the character from the account to another jagex launcher email of his own, ( he never asked me if he could transfer the character to another jagex email), then two weeks after making the purchase he wrote to me telling me that his jagex launcher account is banned (with an email that I never gave him), after he asked me for account information so he could do a recovery and I helped him with the information and he had no luck and jagex rejected him, then the second attempt I tried with a personal email (That was cleared up with him/he knew) and I got a response from jagex denying delivery of the account, then he asked me to try the recovery with the original email that I sent him (original email of the account and jagex launcher) I made a gif about it and I sent it to him too, after making that attempt I did not receive any further response from him, nor a screenshot of whether jagex gave him a response and clearly he has access and we do not

His jagex launcher account is still banned (The no original email) I guess, so the only option to recover the account is with the original email, again mentioning that he has access and we do not

Why don't you mention that we help you with recovery?
Now how do I know that jagex not returned to you the account?

As I mentioned, we made the request/ticket, why don't you send a screenshot of the message that jagex sent you to the original email mentioned about the account? oh of course then you wait several days to just say ("you scammed me")

Now I assume that he have recovered the account/changed name and wants to take advantage of it to request a refund

The account was never banned, it was recovered. you are liable for the recovery of an account that you are the original owner of "my brother" which clearly hacked the account back. an account ban means the account was removed from the game, you are blatantly lying about this you are clearly on the account as the name has changed.

 

he again is lying about access to the original email as i have given him it as he requested several times, also in order to recover the account the original email is not required. you recovered the account after you were paid and i mentioned that there was wealth on the account, you are clearly attempting to scam and make it look like I am at fault. I can't recover an account that I am not the original owner.

 

you claimed the email you gave me which is completely false and fake "original email" had not even one email in the inbox when i asked you about it, you said "it cleared the inbox, dont worry its the original email"

clearly in the email it states not being the original owner, hence you gave me a random email and deleted the email transferring the accounts ownership to this email pretending for it to be the original email.

I have bought accounts from you previously never had an issue. now that it is a high value account you recover it. point blank period.

you even stated in a DM that you recovered the account to a different email. never showing the denied email and not responding until i messaged you days later asking for an update. where is the email from them when you recovered on the different email showing the recovery was denied?

04/07/2024 9:11 PM of them saying they cannot return the account to you.

 

again you are clearly lying, i have attached screenshots showing with the "original email" you gave me being flat out told that it is not the original owner of the account which means that email IS NOT the original email.

the proof i provided him with the information to log into the email to do the recovery himself.

also my jagex launcher was never banned, they removed it from the game because the account was recovered.

as stated "account was removed from jagex launcher in suspicion of being stolen.

I have given you many days to make this right and asked you flat out if you were scamming me, you told me no. yet you've changed the RSN on the account which clearly shows ownership was regained

I was told via jagex no. i will not regain ownership of the account and they will revoke my privileges of sending in requests if i sent another one regarding that account.

the truth is, the day you saw i completed the colosseum and the infernal cape, you saw the value of the account sky rocket and you wanted to regain ownership in hopes to resell for a much higher value.

also a different account he sold me, he admitted to attempting to recover but it failed "many times" without ever telling me that he recovered or anything he only mentioned it when i told him to because it had been banned. but before he knew, he simply says here in screenshots. "i have tried many times"

(he clarifies that his JAGEX LAUNCHER account IS BANNED) and we can also see that it is a JAGEX LAUNCHER ACCESS that I do not know about.

There it can shows that it is not the same ACCESS JAGEX launcher, that means that he transferred the character from the original email of the account that I gave him to his personal Email.

(so he is saying that I recovered the account) why did they ban his access to jagex launcher? Then why is he asking from the beginning that I recover the access account from UNKNOWN JAGEX LAUNCHER EMAIL ([email protected])? Because he knows that obviously the account is there and that it was not recovered, so why are you lying that the account was removed from there? and that I did the recovery?

We did 3 recoveries, to try to remove the account from JAGEX LAUNCHER EMAIL access ([email protected]).

1 was him, he asked me for details of the account, and I gave them to him.
he tried and was rejected. It was 04/05/2024

2 attempt was me with a personal email, here jagex's response was denied (imgur.com) was on 04/06/2024

3rd attempt and last, he asked me to do it with the original email ([email protected]), this time I put much more detailed information + screenshot of RuneLite and more+, here is the gif I made before sending it to jagex ( imgur.com) was on 04/08/2024

When I made the 3rd attempt, I sent him the gif and he didn't respond to me for 4 days, why did you do that? , that makes me understand that jagex accepted your recovery... Here is a screenshot (imgur.com)

So if you didn't receive any message from jagex, why didn't you say anything for 4 days?
And why wait until now to say that the email I gave you is not the original and not mention it from the beginning?
You clearly waited several days to plan excuses and it makes me look like a scammer when you know very well that it is your fault for changing the account character to another jagex launcher email.

Also, when I told you that "I tried to recover the account several times", I meant that I had already tried to recover other accounts with RWT bans and it is impossible to recover it

To be clear, the account I took the blame for an RWT ban, was when you were doing a service on the account so it very well could have been you however at the time I trusted you because we had done several transactions between us and things were fine. I also tried to give you the benefit of the doubt on this account and gave you several weeks to return the account to me, the account was never locked because the jagex launcher was changed, what happened is, you sold me the account and then recovered it. You keep claiming this "original email" BS which is completely untrue, the email you gave me was fake made up just to sell the account, it was never the original email. its definitely about the account not the money, if you were the original owner of the account, it would be extremely easy to return the account to my ownership or to recover the account, you cannot do it, hence you are not the original owner, you have schemed you're way into extra money as that amount is a lot for you. I do not care about the money as much as I care about getting the account back, however at this point even if you gave in and returned the account, the trust is already gone, you can not be trusted as a seller any more. again, the jagex launcher was disabled because the runescape account was recovered as being "hijacked" by the owner. (you) and if not you then you sold an account that you were not the original owner as stated when selling. I have given you so much time, and have been extremely patient with you regarding this situation even when the account was sold "dont worry if anything happens, I will do my best to return the account" you said you sent in recoveries for the account, yet they did not show up in the email. you have access to the email and could easily check yourself. nothing has been changed from what i have sent to you for information based off the recovery, you keep avoiding every important topic and replacing it with BS.

to follow up again on these "rwt" bans on the previous account you sold me. which i had for less than a week, I took the blame out of good faith from you thinking no way you would do anything to jeopardize the account. because i traded wealth between my accounts to that account however, even if that was the case, i should have gotten a temporary ban no? so the fact it was perm on the first go around suggests it was likely banned because it was sold along with you admitting that you did "multiple attempts to recover" the account without ever telling me. and yet, I have not even brought that account up in this situation as there is a chance it could have been my fault.

however, this particular account, there is no way this is anyone's fault but yours, you are a thief, and a scammer. I understand the location in which you stay is a rough situation. however, that does not excuse your actions for acting out on a high value'd amount of money. the truth of the matter is, if I had the account, we would never be here. you would never of heard anything from me. the account did not recover itself, the account did not change its name by itself. I never had the information to do an account recovery on the account. the information you provided was not accurate or known to be true based of the response from jagex, it is clear you either sold an account that was never yours and the person you purchased it from recovered it, or the likely situation as stated previously, you saw the value go up after i achieved rare items on the account via the high scores
and you recovered it to get more money off selling it again.

Also did you not look at the screenshots? I clearly posted an email showing the account was removed from my jagex launcher and the attempt to recover it stating that is not mine? you are actually just typing out random messages.

You have been ignoring all the evidence that shows that the email WAS THE ORIGINAL, that we helped you recover the account(you don't even show the last message you received from jagex) to the original email that you still have access

Now you want to distract and evade my evidence with false accusations about the other accounts I have sold to you

I also want to clarify that I requested ti him access to the original email, but I never entered, you yourself can see that after I lost the email details I never entered the email, to verify that you have to go to manage Google account →Security → manage connected devices, there you can clearly see that I never entered. I didn't go in because I'm clearly "Trusting you." and that you were going to cooperate with the last recovery attempt, but it was the opposite, you never wrote to me whether or not you received an email from jagex, you disappeared for 4 days without saying anything at all.

 

Bro you literally have access to the email as well, i have provided you the information to log in, you are allowed to login and see what they say

 

You only sent the password, but I never entered the email, I had to ask you for a verification code etc to be able to access it and I never asked you for it.

 

I gain absolutely nothing from this for a false accusation at all, I am looking for justice, nothing more and to warn people about buying an account from you. the fact the evidence shows you have clearly removed the account from my ownership and are trying to scam me out of an account is insane. I have posted more than enough evidence and if the mods request more i will post that too. I have no worries on this because i know they can see through the BS you are trying to paint.
