Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

1) IP's match up between the two accounts. accbuyer0852 was created after Crazzed was banned.
2) Imgur link matches in these two threads so it's the same account:

He's also been messaging me on Skype about the account, but since I don't have any way of proving his Skype I'll leave it out. Shouldn't be needed anyway.
