There isn't really a CC I personally know of most people still just ask around for risk fights. It wouldn't be a bad idea to create one though!

 

What combat level are the majority? I'm 26 and couldn't find anyone

I think it would be hard to find fights at your combat level, as most pure's are in the 50-60 combat range.

 

There are plenty out there, just check near edgeville bank 301.

 

40+ typically are the risk fights I see

 

Ahh so the problem is that I'm not high enough combat?

 

I'd guess so yeah. You can usually hang outside Edge bank on 308 and find a risk fighter there though.
