Monkey Madness 2 Chinning

Does anyone know how far in the quest you need to get in order to get to the newest chinning spot? Also, do you need all of the stat requirements to get to that spot? (I'm not interested in finishing the quest yet.)

It shouldn't take too long to get to the dungeon part where you can chin, probably only 15 minutes or so. I believe you need to have all of the stat requirements to start the quest though.

It won't take you long at all, and yes you need all the stat requirements.
