69cent scammer

In this thread he promised 1$ to be his referral (which is already forbidden i think).
I registered on that site, he said he'd send me money
5 mins later i still didnt receive anything and he said he'd sell it isntantly
5 mins later he got offline/ignored me

I'm afraid i cannot prove the MSN conversations since i clicked the window away and don't track the history.
But hey, why would I lie? If i received a $ to be a ref i'd be more than happy.
