camping

so my family is going camping this weekend before school starts again, do you take your games with you? or just leave them for when you get back? i guess family time is important but...

Well depends do you like your family enough that you won't be bored? I go camping all the time lol and the key is to go with people where you forget electronics etc and have good time... typically you leave all electronics at home except one person or maybe you all take cell phones but the idea is in case of emergency.. i doubt you'll be bored because there's always stuff to do when you go camping.. exploring is actually really fun no matter where you are..

 

I just came back from camping with my school after my holidays started last week friday, I suggest you just take your phone because when your walking and camping you won't be playing games really lol + when you get in your tent to sleep you'll be tired so there wouldn't be time for the games tbh.

 

I always, and this is a must, my phone and my headphones to ear some music, that essential for a trip

 

all i usually bring is my boat and my tent and some firewood lol

and you never, ever! forget the cooler, never this a must!

 

Id bring my phone/ipod to listen to music. A phone for emergencies. Even if your parents bring their phone still bring yours. Unless your going to one of those camp sites because theres not much danger there.

 

Bring games camping???? Wtf, why even go camping if you're not going to get any different of an experience? (the absence of electronics from your life)

Phone for emergencies? First off what service do you think you're going to catch out there? Second of all, what do you guys think people did pre-2000?? I say you lose the electronics for a few days and pretend life isn't all about gadgets, looks, and girls and enjoy some quality wild-style living. Hell even hunt your own food if you're down enough.

 

that's a man, that what i'm talking about! we got beer, we got a cooler for a beer, we got a knife, we ain't need food, no, we're man, he hunt for our own food, charcoal? pfff, more like chopping or finding some good quality wood, and after a good barbecue, we need some woman, because we know, with all that food, we need to spend our energy, hell yeah!

 

Take a pack of playing cards.

 

Ever heard of a satellite phone? Ofc that will be with the parents incase of an emergency. Also if your phone has a built-in camera why not bring it with you, thats what I did and I captured a lot of great memories with it that is if you don't have a camera already.

Well I do hunt for my food sometimes, I do it 2-3 times a month . Fishing. If your going to camp a place where you can fish, why not take the tackle box with ya!
