    Moneybookers account problem

    Hi, just had a question to ask relating to my moneybookers account. i made a genuine mistake with my date of birth on my account, (clicked 1992 not 1993 in the drop down menu), i noticed this soon after i set up my account but never bothered to notify them, but theyve said they want proof of id for me to continue transferring money via online bank transfers. Of course my ID shows that my date of birth is 1993 not 1992. I've emailed them about this but I was wandering what you think the outcome will be? this was a genuine mistake and i do have all the proof of id that they need to show this.

    Contact them about this and show them your ID and they will simply change it.

    thanks for the reply man, i was kinda worried about what their response will be, im just hoping that because i have all the relevant ID and proof of address that they wont mind =D

    edit: got into contact with them today and incase anyone else gets this problem, all you have to do is send them a scan or picture of some photographic ID and it'll be fine :D
