MoneyPak questions

Does any one have experience with using MoneyPak on your paypal? I am just wondering if there are any strings attached? Like say if my paypal is limited or something like that will anything happen to the money on the MoneyPak? I have a bank account on my paypal now (My moms, Im only 16) So I thought I'd switch to this. Any and all responses are appreciated.
