    This report leads to an enormous amount of fake vouching. None of these accounts post under a home IP, and have the same birthdays (different months on some). The banned ones are banned for not disputing their home IP TWC as well, so I've gone ahead and banned them all for ban evading anyways. Thanks for the report, and keep up the good work.
