King Tijn SCAM

I add him on MSN looking to buy about 60m for $108.00 USD. I pay him via PayPal (Gifted) (while him on teamviewer watching me) he told me to put note on that I received item already and I'm happy so I did. He also told me to file a unauthorized claim dispute and I did and he told me to cancel which I did and it looked like it worked but I wake up in the morning to find him messaging me and I'm about to go to school. He says that its not canceled. I look at it, and it's not, so I try and cancel it and it gives me an error so I tell him look I can't do it now I have to go to school, he threatens me. I go to school I come back to find that he is getting even more impatient.. I said I'd call PayPal and I did just to find out that they need a parent. My mom is at work and barely has enough time for this.. I do all I can to find a way to cancel this damn thing so Tijn will do his part but he refuses to do so.. He is accusing ME of scamming HIM because I have the dispute uncanceled? It's not my fault, I will show you the error. Another thing.. he says he doesn't have the money. I have pictures of money being sent. He changed my password. Threatened and harassed me that he'd drop my red mask. He thinks I'm making up excuses. My time is EST.. I had to go to bed to get up for school. When I got up for breakfast I saw him messaging me and yeah.. I was gone for 2 hours cause I have 1 class. I can't help that King couldn't wait for my mom to get home to call and cancel it. He was demanding it and giving me little time.

EDIT: Just checked PayPal and it seems that the case was closed and I lost it. So the money isn't on hold. This could all be solved if I got my money back. I can't see how it's fair that I have to lose $108 out of this.
