AdBlock, firefox extension. Google it.

I use AdBlockPlus when I play from the webclient (but I hardly ever do that). Most of the time, I just use a world loader that loads loader.jar so that I don't need to both with the lagg of a web broswer or anything.

Note: The world loader is more or less a guy who followed the_bank's tut at mitb, but I can guarantee that it's safe. I find it funny that he said things such as: "I have been working on a java executable applet that can load the latest runescape client without the need for a browser." which shows that he doesn't understand the difference between an application and an applet.

 

They are able to artificially screenshot what is inside their applet, not the whole computer or web page.
