lukestas scammed me - report

Alright, Let me start from the beginning.
Lukestas had added me interested in my level 98.
I said, alright, how much will you pay?
Eager to sell it he said do you take PINS?
I said yes, I wanted to sell it to buy another account with a pin.
I said 2 pins is fair.
He replied saying He wanted me to go first.
Due to his (So called) trustworthiness I agreed.
I do understand this is on my fault.
He asked for recoveries and all details.
I gave them to him.
He said "Okay xD" And signed off.
I added him on another email and said to give it back or face being reported.
He said "What are you rambling on about?" And signed off.
I now see he is a liar and sad enough to lose his respect for a level 98.
Please inform me of any further information needed to bring the scammer to justice.
