I am inclined to agree at this point, however we dont know what sort of evidence lean has proposed in the SL. Im sure we arent privvy to a lot of it.

 

the point is the email would have proved he was hacked BUT HE CONVENIENTLY DOESNT HAVE AN EMAIL ON IT SO GUESS HE CANT PROVE ITS HACKED. I mean how the fuck is anybody supposed to prove a scammer if all that scammer has to do is denydenydeny any claims or any requests? I hope you're not going to tell me that's how things will continue to be done either.

 

no it doesn't, but add that to the fact that he was a long time market trader before getting to his position, and then simply not following safe trading practices does put him at fault.

Of course i doubt anything will come of this because of his tenure here, he is liable for this.

You don't put in a safety feature to not use, who is going to use a fake email on what is prob the most target program out there, and then also use that program to do 90% of their trading?



like i've said earlier there is a long history of people "Claiming" to be hacked on skype and getting away with it, if i wanted to right now i could go an a massive scamming spree and get away with it, and no one would be the wiser.

Regardless of what comes of this, bean is at fault, and i highly... highly fucking doubt he is dumb enough to not even have the email saved for his skype.

 

If he "provides sufficient evidence" and we don't get to see it - It's fucking bullshit. What kind of evidence doesn't get to be public?

Roary, how does lean explain being able to lock his Skype account seemingly minutes after the hacking claim? It was theoretically done without a registered email address nor a password? I mean it's these kinds of things that he continuously says that just makes no sense. He never responded when I asked him so figured I would bring it to you.

 

What makes me an easy target? Dealing with trusted people who decide to scam? :huh:

 

It's to rebut the claims made against him. If he clears those claims, then he was hacked, locking this case away. He is unable to do so, making it a hard to to prove who's right and he is the cause for that.

 

if someone had half as much evidence again Ziggily she would be banned by now

this. When my skype was hacked it took me HOURS to get it locked/back

 

Not requesting a Pm, not using MM's . Not practicing safe trading basically. Another reason you are a target is the larger trades you do .

 

Goddammit has this thread really reached 14 pages of utter bullshit and argument flip flops and rehashes? If rules were being enforced then a good three quarters of this thread would be temp'd by now for accusing scamming without proof. I mean where the fuck is any of either side's proof and then we can have a reasonable discussion.
