Usually you just complete the first 10 survey questions, then enter first/last/email/phone# then press pass on the next 5 forms.

He can give out as many false codes as he wants. Yes, you're not being scammed, but you're simply losing YOUR time and making him money. Every survey you complete gets him around $0.50-$1.50. It's called CPALead.
