Trojan Help!!

My brand new spanking new laptop got a trojan on it!! I need help.. Like how do i get this crap off of my computer.. No bsing and giving me links that will screw my laptop even more.. really need help . pm me or post here

Disconnect the machine from the internet and any networks, boot it into safemode and then use your anti virus to run a scan. If that doesn't work, download malwarebytes and run another scan with it in safe mode. If that doesn't work take it to a shop to get it done professionally.

It's really important you change your passwords to everything you have ever logged onto from the infected machine FROM A DIFFERENT, UNINFECTED COMPUTER and check with your bank that no unauthorised transactions have been carried out. The amount of information stored on your hard drive it ridiculous, someone who knew what they were doing may be able to get hold of your bank details, facebook account, Paypal account, home address etc.

 

Boot in safemode without networking and run a virus scan via AVG Norton McAfee or something. AVG is free, I use it. It should remove the trojan. Once it's removed, shut down and reboot in safemode and scan again, then shutdown and boot normally. That's what I always do.

You will have to complete a full system restore. I don't trust any "Removals" as the virus can be in different locations. I had to download stuff and delete it, and the virus was STILL there.

 

I have done the the scan in safe mode. and stuff but its still giving me the problems.. mite just do the system restore.. damn freaking new laptop.. anyone changing all my passes so it doesnt get through that.. should i just reboot the entire system? havent downloaded much on it
