[Buying] 1 or 2 letter RS account [Paypal/RS2GP/Mail/WU/Accounts]

Hey, It's Occured. I do realize I've been issued with a TWC, but it's nothing to worry about. I got banned a month ago for 'scamming'. I had my paypal limited due to me sending/recieving large amounts of cash from around the world (this was from buying/selling accounts and mills). Making me unable to send a payment for 3 easter eggs for a few days. I finally got my account back after giving proof of ID etc to paypal and paid for the 3 easters. Unfortunately the person no longer uses Sythe therefore has not withdrawn his report.
