Paypal is extremely risky and unless you're trusted, we don't accept Paypal. If you have no way of doing it, then you must have a fully verified Paypal and be willing to exchange phone numbers, etc...

 

I've purchased a $100 account for paypal.. I can beat the $175 offer.
Also, I can do direct bank transfer but I don't know if that would work for you or if the fees would be overwhelming, as I've never done it before.

 

An online bank transfer is acceptable but I also don't know what the fees would be like. :x

That's good too, however $200 through mail is kind of risky. It could get lost or stolen and because of that W/U or any other safe method is preferable.
