Yes, but editing a vouch is still editing a vouch. He misquoted the voucher, which I don't think is allowed.

 

As far as I can see he only added in the "i went first" part which wouldn't normally be enough to warrant a ban, perhaps a TwC, but in Kadaj's case I don't think it'd matter. As Tyro said, take it up with Sindrefyrn and ask him if he went first in the trade and if not the appropriate action will be taken.
