Yes, he was passing information, however Dave wrote that this guy who falsifyed proof is the PREVIOUS SUPPLIER. Dave basically said that this lier is their previous supplier and how much do you trust that it was their previous supplier when I prove to everyone that the proof that Jake provided is all falsifyed?
Common sense to me is, if someone is trying to fake something, then he obviously is fake himself and is hiding things.

EDIT: Dave only said that this were their previous supplier, he posted a picture of a conversation with only the time and no date. Dave have yet not proved that this was even their previous supplier.

 

The OP (youareafraud) is accusing us of knowingly selling hacked gold. He is basically saying that we had some sort of a deal with this 'XerXes' person, who is a hacker from some blackhat site. Note beforehand that all information posted can be confirmed by FireZ/the staff handling the report when they read through it.

Dave successfully found out XerXes Skype account, and here is the full conversation Dave had with XerXes yesterday:

Shortly after Xer says that he has 'sold me gp 2-3 times in total' in picture 1, Dave PM's me saying that I have the hacker added. I looked through my Skype, and find out I did, as it was the same skype ID Dave confirmed to be XerXes.

He says: 'You buying ikov gp?'
He does NOT say: 'You buying any hacked ikov gp?'

As he himself even says on picture 2 'I'm pretty sure I'm on his list of sellers', as I randomly PM asking for ikov gp, which he was correct about, as I have explained in previous posts, I add people who are selling ikov gold with a [IKOV-S] tag next to their Skype name, so when someone who wants to buy ikov gp adds me, I can go through the whole list of people with [IKOV-S] next to their name, asking if they have any gold.

The rest of the conversation with Xer, is literally me asking for ikov gold (this would be when someone adds me to buy ikov gold) and the 1-2 times he actually sells me ikov gold (sells me a total of maximum $50 in gold, not fucking close to the suggested $9000, or $3000 if this was supposedly done between myself, Dave and Moes each.).

Even if you go as far as to do a simple lookup of his Skype, which I obviously am not allowed to leak, but staff know it, there is nothing that shows he is involved in any hacking/blackhat. There is literally 0 pages on the internet with that Skype name listed on it.

Also, a bit of a side note, I didn't really like to buy gold from this guy anyway, as he only sells via drop trade. I cannot login to ikov as you know, as I am IP+Mac banned, so I usually go via a method where the buyer/seller trade in-game. Hence I only buy gold via the drop trade method if it is a trusted buyer, or someone picks it up for me and gives to buyer, as the buyer can easily fuck me over and claim 'Oh the gold never spawned' or 'someone else picked it up'. This is also why, I literally had done 2 trades with him, since September.

Any other proof required, whatever it may be, I can show to FireZ or whoever decides to handle this report, however they want it. There is literally nothing more to it.

 

Both 'Jake' and 'XerX3s' have been proved as liars and FALSIFYED proof. I don't know how you are still using XerX3s as a defence, he lied once, his words aren't trusted.

Here's the strange thing, Soul have been claiming so many times that he acts like a MIDDLEMAN between his buyers and sellers. All his chats must of been neutral, then why is he refusing and hiding by just showing me his neutral conversation with XerX3s? Later on, he comes on here and posts half skype screenshots that doesn't show it's actually the conversation between Xer and him.

Let's look at the key two pictures, where one of the pictures is 100% edited from the original. Which one is edited, and which is real? Let's see the evidence.

Note, that one if these picture is real, and one of these pictures is fake. The only way to edit a picture to that extent would be to change the HTML coding of it, which anyone can do.

POINT 1: Picture 1 shows 227 likes/550 posts on Xerxes' profile. Picture 2 shows 230 likes/552 posts on his profile. This clearly shows that Picture 1 was taken EARLIER, but this does NOT show or prove that it is the REAL PICTURE/ORIGINAL POST.

Therefore your entire post, with the videos etc, is completely useless information that does not show in any way that your post is the real one, as you simply use the fact that as you took the picture before, it is real.

POINT 2: On the Picture 1, 'Dave' is referred to as 'David' on the post.

I have never seen anyone else call Dave, David, APART FROM YOU!

Find me 1 post on sythe, where Dave is referred to as David. Obviously this is done by someone who does not know him, and still calls him David, you. This gives me further evidence that Picture 1, provided by youarefraud, is edited, and that Picture 2 was in-fact the real picture.

POINT 3: You are trying to hide your identity completely!

You are using a VPN, as we can see from your IP log. You add me on a brand new Skype named 'youare.fraud' (picture) and you also confirm you are hiding your identity by this PM to me: Click here to view PM.

Why would someone do this? Unless they are banned already (e.g for being staff on private servers), or they don't want them being traced back to find out this is actually corrupt ikov staff trying to frame us.

You further prove this by adding that you talked to David, the owner of Ikov, as if you knew him personally:

POINT 4: Picture 1 and Picture 2 both say different things.

Picture 1 after the $9k part says:

"Then again I was partnered with David a sythe Global mod, Moes6223 and Soul rich from sythe."

Picture 2 after the $9k part says:

"Ofcourse a big shoutout to my m8 Jake SF for coming through."

One of these parts is what the real post said, the other is what was edited. Also remember that the Jake SF part was hyperlinked to that users account for that forum.

From all the points mentioned above, I am led to believe that Picture 2 is the real picture, and the other was edited by the OP himself in an attempt to frame us.

With everything presented to me, I believe the OP, user 'youarefraud' is himself an ikov staff member, who himself edited the original version of the picture, in an attempt to frame us and get us banned & out of the ikov business.

I believe he initially, as an ikov staff member, thought from pure speculation that we were obtaining hacked gold from XerXes, and to make a case out of it he edited a picture and provided it as proof. Obviously he knows XerXes better than we do, so he would assume that we know about his hacked gold and his site etc the same way as he does, which we have proven we have not.

From further investigations, we know know that yes - he was selling gold to us (sold to me once). But did we know it was hacked? Of course not.

Do you really think a hacker like that would post the names of who he trades with, which would only make those people stop trading him, and would make him prone to things such as paypal chargebacks as he says he sold for paypal, if the gold was hacked?

The rest of this conversation should be focused if the initial picture (Picture 1) you are giving us is itself real, or edited. I have shown my points on why I believe your picture is the edited version, let's see what everyone else has to say.

Although I have no way to see which picture is real and which isn't, this is the best explanation I can come up with into which one I should believe.
Don't post some more bullshit which I can fore-see, such as 'Soul rich has posted about my picture being fake, therefore he must be working with Xer selling his hacked gold knowingly!' when I am just trying to gain a better understanding of the situation myself, I am not supporting either side.

Even if the picture shown is real, we've literally proven so many times, even if he did end up selling us gp, we would not know it is hacked.

These 3 have been cleared as of now. I still have seen NO evidence of them KNOWINGLY buying stolen gold.


A guy hacks the Ikov DB and the gold goes out to multiple people on a lot of forums to be sold from there. Nobody comes out and says it is stolen. Without direct proof of that this case is a endless cycle of accusations and time wasting.
