I went first, and he declined trade on confirmation.
And he went AFK for about 30 mins just after the trade, and is ignoring me now.

I have now sent a dispute request to PayPal.

Looking forward to see this kid banned, pretty obvious scammer.
All the other threads claim that its not enough proof, but when seeing this hapen more than once and always in the same maner, should be obvious what to do.

 

He wrote back to me after about 1 hour of spamming.


Then he probably blocked me.
