Mobbyyy is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: Offered $175 for D3 beta, said he wanted $125 and would take 2-3 days for delivery. Made payment, nothing recieved, scammer blocked communication

How they scammed:Had me gift the money to him on PayPal than failed to provide virtual item.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor:Had me send the money to [email protected], an email used by previously banned scammer colosythe, also has the alias piccolo which is banned as well. User has a reputation on this site as a scammer, a quick search of the above mentioned usernames results in multiple scam posts.

Banned him for ban evasion. Next time you might want to consider googling the email addresses you deal with. Would have saved you $100.
