[MMU Trader] Requesting pardon for [Vading & Scamming]

PLEASE take a minute to read all of this. I have requested a pardon two or three times before this, and I believe the only reason it's not being accepted is due to me not paying back the person I scammed 5M. Everytime I post a pardon, it gets locked because I haven't paid back and the guy is still 'Active' however, he does not reply to my messages! If anyone knows him, please contact him for me, if not, I'm more than happy to pay a MOD the 5M to pass onto him.

Anything I wasn't banned for but want to confess:

No - I was young and stupid when I did these scams obviously, and that is not me. I'm sorry for doing it but it never happened again.

Detailed description of what took place and why I should be forgiven:

A few years ago, when I was younger, and very immature, I obviously came to sythe for the wrong reasons, which lead to me scamming 5M. I know that being immature isn't an excuse, however I have changed alot as a person, and I am not here to scam anyone.

I think the vouches/reputation I had on my new account 'MMU Trader' showed that I came back to sythe for genuine reasons. I take full responsibility for my actions, and can only apologise for my past mistakes. As the victim is not responding to my messages, It would be great if a MOD could take the 5M from me to prove that I am wanting to repay it.
