Aion?

I was wondering what Aion is like.
My main questions are:
1. What is the leveling like? Is it hours and hours upon hours of grinding like runescape, or is questing a good way to level, like WoW?
2. Endgame.
What's the endgame like?
Will I have shit to do when I max out my character?
3. Is it noob friendly?
Like will I be able to start it without any knowledge and be able to navigate my way through shit?
4. What's the big forum for Aion?
Like how sythe is the big forum for RS.
