Hello, I bought gold of this website and after waiting like 1h they tell my payement was on hold since it is a e-check but i never used e-check? After that I tried to chargeback since they told me they where unable to refund me or pay the gold that I paid for...

Still after canceling they did not want to pay out like he said in the email... Now i closed the chargeback and have no way to ever get my funds back

when you don't have enough funds in your paypal it gets sent as an e cheque, I believe it can take anywhere from 3 - 10 days for them to clear and in that time they can't be refunded or cancelled. If it hasn't been cleared then I suggest you wait however if it has then @Mmoak2018 would need to refund it. I'm sure if you contact their livechat they'll assist you further

Update @Mmoak2018 has shown me proof the refund has been completed.
