MMing runescape name sales

I think it's needed to be added to rules for name markets or middleman forums for MMing runescape accounts with rare names sale of high value, for example 50/100M+
MM should hold cash until name is transfered by seller of account to buyer's account, in this case seller will be only person that'll know when name will be transfered, to avoid unwanted snipes.
It would eliminate many scammers too
What do you think about this ?

 

Well surely people will know the name as it will have been advertised for sale, so snipes aren't going to be stopped.

 

It really depends on what people agree to. Sometimes it's enough in the buyer's mind to just have the name on the account that they're buying it on, sometimes the seller doesn't want to have to deal with the hassle of transferring it, etc.
