Request a TWC on DJBlade

I sold 100m rs gold to this guy DJBlade yesterday. The payment was inquired by paypal. I asked him to cooperate with paypal and resolve the problem. He agreed and promised he will return the payment if paypal reverses to him. So I'm asking for a TWC mark under his user name. If problem gets resolved, I will ask a MOD to remove TWC on him.
