Sticky this Thread - Paypal Blacklist

This thread was made by TheBlackTux in order to inform the public the paypal which chargebacked or was used in scams. I believe this thread should be sticky and pinned up the top due to its helpful-ness to avoid future occurance by the same paypal or owner due to the absurd number of ban evaders. If you are thinking its pointless because they can change the emails, think again. Paypal names are harder to change due to identification etc as said by TheBlackTux in the thread. There are many other reasons why we should make this sticky but it is the main one.

Most paypal were already given through scam reports.

Therefore, victims details will NOT be given.

So? If its hacked; it will continue to be hacked and be controlled. Doesn't mean they change the email so the email will remain the same while it continues to scam or retract. See the logic?

It means that hacked or not hacked. The email of the account will remain the same. If it remains the same, it can be found on the thread. -.-
Also the name will be the same due to it been hardest to change. You need to look in different perspective besides just agreeing with a statement.

 

You can change the paypal email anytime, so I see no real use to it tbh. Having that list won't really stop someone who plans to paypal scam from doing it, as mentioned; there are 100000's of hacked paypals being used daily, and the email can be changed at will.

You can easily add secondary emails to PayPal but, you can't change the names. If Tux wants to keep it going then let him, every little helps. Support.

 

The name though is harder to change; and the list itself will atleast someway do something. Even thought it may not be as effective as you would want it to be. It still plays a role as a decent list. Also if we can catch crappy ban evaders who use the same skype and contacts. Why can't we do this as well? It catches them off guard if they are stupid enough to use the same contacts. Point is if they don't even change skype and MSN, I doubt they will change their paypal.

Already on DNS list, as it's unfair for if that's a hacked PayPal. If yours got hacked and added to there, would you want it?
