Spamming 10 posts in 15 minutes won't get him banned. You have nothing linking the email that scammed you to this guy. I'm not defending him, I'm actually trying to help you. I did a few searches of the email and nothing came up, so I don't know what to do.

However xcamx2 why are you on a VPN? I don't see much reason other than you were IP banned to need to use a VPN..
