Banned for Advert > New acc.

I'm not sure if this goes here, as i'm simply asking a question ( sorry if it's in the wrong section ) but i thought it suited.

So when i made me FIRST (1 of 2) accounts on Sythe.Org, His name was DiscoBiscuit. I havn't done a trade and was simply putting my posts up, about 7~ a day. After 1-2 weeks of the account ( Bit sketchy as this was a while ago ) It was Permanently banned for Advertising?

And also, i couldn't see the evidence as I was perm'd and couldn't see my status' and such.

Now, After this I made a second account, about 2 weeks after because i wanted to buy accounts and trade. It's name was Subzero542 and everything was going well, vouches here and there, numerous buys/sells. And then Bam. I was banned for Ban Evading? I know it Does fall under Ban Evading but for Advertising something I didn't even know i did?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to start an argument or anything and go into a war with anyone, It's just a question i've been wondering for a long time, and more now that my MAIN Sythe.Org account was banned for 'ban evading' < notice this wasn't for scamming, spamming, rudeness, disrespect and such. But for advertising, when all my posts were to do with the topic? ( I mainly posted in Runescape General )

If any Mod can help me out, and NO I'm not looking for an unban on my main account as it's a time i can deal with, and it would be too much to ask for.

You were banned on your first account for advertising a private server which had malicious links in it, so that equals a perm ban. You have the evaded on your next account (Subzero542), which equals ban evading (also a perm ban). You have then stupidly posted using your friends account which equals a perm ban for him (ban evading).
This IP you're currently on also matches your first banned account + the dispute of your first banned account.

Denied and banned.
