You can mod guitar hero for 100%. Dont even bother, im pretty sure atleast 1 person who plays in this Will mod.

you can mod, but you would prolly get banned if you played over xbl

 

you can't mod over xbox live, it's instantly detected read up on it. and regardless the duel is off at least until he gets an account worth one of mine
