How much are OSRS pures with 61 or 70 range only worth?

Just curious. They're my favorite type of accounts to make, and I just got a very respectable offer to buy my 61 range account (found here, if it matters. it's literally an account with 61 range, nothing cannoned -- so the hp isn't insanely low for the cb level).

The potential buyer made a very respectable offer in the ballpark of 10M. There were a few extra conditions with it, but overall I think that's a very good price for it.

A few things to note
1) trained 100% by hand
2) all membership purchased with bonds
3) hasn't been played on in over three months
4) ALL original information available, down to the exact IP and creation time (in minutes!)

My question is, how much are OSRS pures with 61 range, or with 70 range worth, factoring in that numbers 1,2, and 4 above will always apply?

I've seen a few other acccount shops sell "starter pures" as well. I wonder if the market is already flooded?

Also, do you think they would be worth more if they were 10 hp and just range accounts? Or if I tried creating "optimized" range-heavy builds; meaning, I'd cannon a certain portion of the range so that I would have a higher range level but lower hp level (although, usually people want hp>range, for staking and what not I assume)?

Is making an account shop based around starter range pures a decent idea? I've had to sell all my accounts as a result of some troubles IRL, and if range pures can consistently fetch 10-20M for around 70 range, perhaps this is a viable option for me.

EH, 70 range account could fetch 20m tbh. Building random HP levels wont make it worth much more, unless the buyer is looking for a specific HP level. Also 10hp accounts could be fairly more valuable, but probably more difficult to sell.

 

Wouldn't pay more than $20 for an account, but that's just me. It's uncertain whether or not that build is in demand to warrant revolving a shop around it. Test out the market for it.

 

starter pures are a great market to get into as i believe most people percieve them to be a lower-risk investment (compared to already maxed pures) and plenty of people want to do the rest of it by themselves. If you enjoy doing 1-70 range go for it, but try to get some variety in your account shop if you want the best profit.
