Repayed DNT Users To Receive TWC?

Made this thread due to the current pardon system being broken and and having huge inconsistencies. I was just thinking maybe DNT users who have repaid their debts and that have the positive intentions of returning to Sythe could be issued a TWC rank too allow them to return to market with the condition of having to gain an amount of vouches from legitimate trades to remove the rank and have them classified back as a legitimate Sythe member.

I feel this thread is somewhat necessary as 99.9% of the DNT ranks atm are either mass vaders or scammers who have no intentions of repaying their victims, it has been over a month now since DNT was added and even up till now i can guarantee less than a hand full of users have repaid their debts meaning this is not going to be a easy way to get reinstated to the market and their will obviously still be repercussions as TWC ranks generally still need to use MM's or go first to be able to proceed with trades. You could also introduce requirements like "once the debt has been repaid you must wait 1 month before you can recieve the TWC" to ensure people will not just repay purely to get unbanned. or you must receive somewhat conditional support from a staff member/members to show your good intentions of returning.

I originally was just going to just suggest Either multiple DNT ranks or a filter with the rank to be able to Allow the users with the good intentions or Repaid Users to be categorised Separately to Users with Bad/No intentions to fix their wrong doing or to fix the Broken pardon system but after reading a lot of the previous suggestions in regards to explaining individual DNT ranks they seemed to require alot of "Man Power" and not be reasonable so i thought this may be an alternative. Also the pardon suggestion had already previously been brought up by Dunworry (not sure as to what is happening with that)


Please feel free to leave your input or possible changes in regards to the suggestion below but do bare in mind not every DNT user is a bad person or has bad intentions and things to need to be put in place to assure transition for users to be allowed back to the market without the inconsistent Dodgy system that's currently in place. I suggested something similar in the spam forum. I agree, as long as they have intentions on going back into the market. I personally do not, therefore I don't see the need to give me a TWC. If I lost my DNT status, I just want access to my old ranks and mini ranks.

Therefore I support, but only for those who wish to have access to the market. I personally wouldn't care if I remained banned from the market because I don't have any reason to use it.
