the slackness of sythe staff

what has happened to the staff? i remember them being good and on time with most stuff now its just a joke, i have sent in a TWC dispuit and no reply and my thread has been deleted i message a staff sythe still no reply. you say dont make double threads but when they dont reply or delete it you have to make 2 threads. i have also seen alot of threads in the wrong places and have not been moved nor locked they use to be locked or moved with in 10 minutes.
before you say not every staff has the time out of there day or they are busy simply dont hire people that cant handle the job or are always busy or doing other stuff hire the people that will be on alot and will do this kind of stuff

They're not paid to do what they do, they do it because they volunteer their time. This means that they still have jobs in real life, and school. You can't expect them to be on all the time.

Your TWC dispute was denied because you didn't explain why we should remove it.. we need to see a decent explanation of how it came about, why you've changed or why you no longer think you should have it and some vouches gathered whilst you had it.

You posted it on the 21st and were answered by the 23rd. That's not all that long imo.

We aren't "hired", we volunteer the spare ime we have (which in most cases includes juggling jobs, a social life and school as well). Personally, I go to college part time and work part time (I provide for myself and pay my own bills), so I'm busy from 7am until 5pm each weekday and I work a second part-time job at the weekend, so I'm usually knackered and studying at the weekend, and I probably have it easy compared to some staff. Cut some slack yo'.

Send one of us a polite PM or add us on Skype etc. and I'm sure someone will go through it with you.

 

I'd like to just say "lol" but it seems the above posts have made a fool of you already. You may be very impatient and clearly lack the ability to find your own thread. But that doesn't mean the staff are "slacking".

 

I don't think staff is slacking at all you have to remember it is a volunteer job and staff members half a life as well.

 

Yep I'm a slacker. Do you not realize we do have lives. Unlike most people in here I do work a big boy job, 50+ hours weeks but I also am on here via my iPhone as much as I can so don't say staff is slacking.

Just because reports aren't handled in 10 minutes doesn't mean shit. It's people like you that like to talk about staff with no experience. We don't get paid and irl comes first. Oh and who are you from 2007?

That's my point all people do is moan about staff, yet it's not like all staff do is mange the forum, they have to take care of life matters first and foremost.

 

Exactly. No one gets that except y'all. Dial even knows I'm a busy guy but Christ all I hear is bitch when everyone fails to realize most people are here as a job. Unlike most I juggle a crazy life and still make time. It's crazy how many people don't think we should have a job or life as a mod.

 

People are never going to understand though they will just complain if they aren't being helped but will say nothing if it is someone else. Bottom line is everyone has a life outside of the forum.
