For Australian/Asain regions

Hello folks,

For those wishing to purchase the game within Australia and Asia, you will unfortunately be out of luck since Bioware is doing a "controlled" release, so for Australians, expect a retail (and Origin) release on March 1st.

This means that if you are within these regions, and you want to play now, you will need to either purchase an account with SWTOR already purchased and download the game, or purchase a retail copy from a website like Amazon.

Unfortunately, Bioware has been adamant on their controlled releases, despite major protest from many would-be customers.

Hope this helps those whom find themselves outside of the release regions.

 

Ah I completely forgot about Amazon haha. Had to go through a vpn and get it off origin.
