mini-rank question

[Abdulscape]

I was just wondering how are mini-ranks or those little icons received? (example: 2FA user)

is there a forum post where you have to post on in order to receive one?

Ah thought I searched everywhere for that post, guess I missed it. Thanks!

Shin does all the 2fa ranks if I'm correct,
He gives them at at one time and does everyone's at once, so it could be few days before you get it
