Gold Transferring, A Fair Deal on Both Sides?

It seems from every guide that I've read that if person A wants 50M xfered to him, it's not just a loss of 50M to person B, it's more like 70M+, thus person a would have to pay for 70M if he actually wants 50M as most people in the buying/selling gold section are idiots and make you pay for what they spend (because they don't have methods and rely on you) to actually transfer rather than what is transferred. Is it possible to keep the money going through balanced e.g. a 50M gain for a 50M loss?

 

Its worth it because theres not really alot of methods i do not think theres any way to not lose money during a transfer unless you got a difrrent method.
