    I believe this should be considered as spamming. All people do is bringing a dangerous topic back to the top. reporting it and one warning posted should be sufficient.

    10000% support. This is how people get hacked, etc. and if people are bumping these threads, then it's just going to make things worse.

    Support, I really hate it when people bump them, as it just makes the matter worse.

    Generally, if its out of my section, I will just ban the user and post something along the lines of;

    "Do not click the link, do not post in this thread. Global, please delete this thread."

    I support but at the same time, if a person with 15 post says guys its a phis not many will believe. Even if I post i bet people question it, if multiple people post it takes danger away. Its not even bumping it, normally the threads are deleted within a few min. If the threads are deleted we loose our post count anyways; if i am reading what firez posted correctly. We do not take the time to post, and report for post count. The post count does not even stand for anything.

    I have alway assumed that this was already in place... I have alway reported it anyways. Usually most of these post can already be considered spam because the people bumping are just reiteratig points already made, such as "phasing link. Don't click." and stuff like that. If this is not already considered spam I am surprised, because in essence it is spam and potentially harmful to others.

    I agree with this 100 percent, simply because we do not want people getting hacked on sythe, and the spammers who bump the topic up certainly do not help not getting hacked.

    It's not spam, people are warning others that it could harm them. The topics are always deleted, and we loose the post count. What does it matter? Just because I am taking time out of my day to post saying what the link is, and then reporting, it should be considered spam ?

    You would be surprised how many members do not read anything other than the original post. These are the people that are at risk, so when you guys bump the topic up you are only putting more people at risk. Plus why would you post again to tell people it is a phishing website when there has already been people to say the exact same thing. Bottom line is that it is pointless, stupid, and potentially harmful. So yes, it should be considered spam.

    If you read my other post on this it states why i would. People will believe numbers more. You are right that many members will not read past the first post. But this is not really bumping it, also a example post that i can not show you, but the last phis thread i saw the first guys post only said "GTFO..." nothing about phising i could see that being set as a spam post.

    it's not spam indeed, but it's bumping harmfull topics wich can cause ppl to get hacked.

    if ppl only read original post, nothing can be done to prevent them to get phished.
    if ppl do read further then one post they see it's a phishing link.
    would it matter if one or hunderd ppl say its a phishing link? if 100 ppl say it the topic will be bumped 99 more times then necesary, meaning way more ppl will read it.

    Omfg Corey, I was going to pic what Nate did on ********.. I was there.. I was going to get that.. Fucking avatar is pro.

    Anyway, OT;
    The thread gets deleted, and everyone who posted on it, doesn't get the post count for it.
    I've suggested this before, about people posting on thread such as these, it can be on the 2nd page, and some idiot will be like "L0L NICE VIRUS!!!" and it'll go to first page.

    It happens often of times there aren't any mods on.
    and a phishing topic shouldn't even get two or three replies on it...

    Regardless, after one person states it, it's not necessary for everyone else to get their post count up.
